As recently as the year 2000, GM traded above $100/share. It closed this past week at 59-cents. Regardless of what pundits say the demise of GM's business, poor decisions were made over the years by the organizational groups within GM. Those two groups are the management and the labor unions. All organizations eventually fail when using OPM, other people's money.
