Some Funds Go Up When
the Market Goes Down.
The Indicant
Identifies Them for You
As you can see from the below charts, the stock market began
its major decline in late 2000. And it continued to decline through most of 2002. During
this decline, you can have made double and triple gains by late 2003 in the three funds noted below, plus
several other funds. Scroll down to view the charts and to continue the
Mutual Fund Tour. You're almost through.

| State Street
Global A, SSGRX was up by over 100% by late 2004 since the Mid-term
Indicant signaled buy in August 2002 after making you double digit gains
in 2000-2001. This occurred while the S&P500 plummeted by over 40%. |

| A similar
development occurred for Vanguard Gold and Precious Metals. Just prior to
the bear market of 2000, this fund started edging up while the equity
markets were collapsing. It was also up by over 100% by late 2004 since
the Mid-term Indicant signaled buy in March 2001. |

| As you can see,
Fidelity's Low Price Stocks continued increasing throughout 2000 and
during most of 2002. Nice double digit gains were enjoyed during the bear
market of 2000-2002. |
